DESIGN STORY
A self-initiated identity project for Tsurunoya, a fragrance brand inspired by the scents of Japanese nature and the rituals of everyday life. Using the crane as the central motif, I created a symbol that evokes a distinctly Japanese sense of tranquillity and subtlety. To keep the identity contemporary rather than overly traditional, I paired generous negative space with restrained typography and a muted colour palette, creating a visual language that feels at home in a modern lifestyle.
